REDTUTOR, S.R.L. — Bookkeeping & Business Support is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (RNC 133-34965-5). We provide remote bookkeeping and business support, including services for U.S. small businesses. This policy explains information handling for website inquiries and our client onboarding and service process. It also covers academic-service inquiries received through this website.
2. Information you provide
You decide what to share when contacting us. An inquiry may include your name, email address, other contact details, business name and activity, current recordkeeping system, approximate transaction volume, number of accounts, and the service or learning support you need. We use this information to respond, assess your needs, prepare a proposed scope, and coordinate next steps. Please provide only information relevant to your request and information about others that you are authorized to share.
3. Website contact and client onboarding
This website does not contain a contact form, payment form, or document-upload form. Its contact buttons open an editable message in your email application; you choose whether to send it. For client onboarding, REDTUTOR uses Microsoft Forms to gather initial contact, business-identification and general service information. Onboarding is a separate process, accessed through a link provided by REDTUTOR, rather than a form embedded in this website.
4. Bookkeeping documents and authorized channels
After reviewing the initial information and arranging the service, financial documents needed for the agreed work may be exchanged through the authorized REBS – Client Exchange area in Microsoft SharePoint. These may include statements, invoices, receipts and other supporting records needed to organize transactions, reconcile accounts and prepare reports within the agreed scope. Do not attach financial records to a general website inquiry. Wait for REDTUTOR to provide the appropriate channel and instructions.
5. Information you must not send
Do not send passwords, PINs, MFA or one-time verification codes, security answers, online banking credentials, full credit card numbers, or authentication credentials of any kind through website inquiries, email or onboarding forms. REDTUTOR does not ask you to disclose these credentials. If service access is needed, we will coordinate an appropriate authorization method instead of asking for your password.
6. Providers and information sharing
Our website is hosted through Sites. Microsoft 365 supports corporate email, Microsoft Forms supports initial onboarding, and Microsoft SharePoint supports authorized document exchange. These providers handle information needed to deliver their services under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Information needed for your service may be made available to personnel assigned to that work and to your designated accountant or other representative when you authorize it. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. Contact us with questions about the providers or recipients involved in your service.
7. Technical information, cookies and analytics
The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. The language selection is carried in the page URL, not stored in a cookie. For the initial inquiry, describe the learning need and level without sending identity documents, sensitive student records or unnecessary information about the child. Any information needed to arrange a service should be discussed separately with REDTUTOR.

Describe your request without including passwords or sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity or authority using information proportionate to the request.
